Varromed – BEEVITAL – Treatment full varroosis caused by the varroa destroyer about bee colonies.
Varromed is an innovative product that comes in a 555ml bottle with an integrated application nozzle and a handy dosage scale for easy dosing. VarroMed is a ready-to-use product based only on natural substances with a combination of two active ingredients – formic acid and oxalic acid dihydrate.
It benefits from a withdrawal period of 0 days for honey and can be used in organic beekeeping in accordance with the European directive (EC/Regulations).
VarroMed is indicated for the treatment of varroa in spring, late summer / autumn and winter – with and without brood – for optimal control of varroa.
The spring treatment helps to control the varroosis early in the season to avoid critical levels of mites later.
VarroMed has been scientifically tested in extensive field studies and in different climatic conditions in Europe to prove excellent effectiveness, regardless of actual weather and temperature conditions.

The quantity needed is not determined by the number of hives but by the number of bees.
– From 5000 to 7000 bees, 15 ml is needed for each application;
– From 7000 to 12000 bees, 15 to 30 ml are needed for each application;
– From 12000 to 30000 bees, 30 to 45 ml are needed for each application;
– From > 30000 bees, 45 ml is needed for each application;
As for periodicity:
– 1 to 3 applications in the spring
– 3 to 5 applications in autumn
– 1 application in winter
The product should be poured slowly over the bees between the brood frames.
Other details will be specified in the notice.
