Zentonil® Advanced contributes to the support of liver function by limiting the defect of endogenous S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe). The intake of exogenous SAMe would promote:

• The improvement of the level of glutathione in favor of a detoxifying effect in powerful hepatic antioxidant;
• Standardization of ratesliver enzymes ;
• The normalization of the levels of total bilirubin, bile acids, albumin and coagulation factors in favor of a stabilizing and regenerating effect of hepatocytes.

Silybin would strengthen the action of SAMe and participate in:

• la hepatic regeneration ;
• At maintenance of structure of membranes of hepatocytes;
• An action antioxidant by scavenging free radicals.

Microencapsulation of SAMe molecules allows tablets to Zentonil® Advanced to be palatable and breakable, while guaranteeing an optimal concentration and bioavailability of the compounds.
