Excipient (s):
- Sodium methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E219) 0,9 mg
- Sodium propyl parahydroxybenzoate (E217) 0,1 mg
- Sunset yellow dye S (E110) 0,1 mg
- Benzyl alcohol (E1519) 4,0 mg
External use.
Use approximately 1,5 ml of shampoo per kg of body weight (i.e. 1,5 mg of tetramethrin per kg) corresponding to approximately 25 ml of shampoo for a 15 kg animal.
- Completely wet the animal with lukewarm water. Apply the shampoo to the back and neck, taking care to avoid the eyes.
- Rub vigorously, adding water if necessary, to obtain an abundant foam to distribute over the entire body of the animal.
- Leave on for 5 minutes and rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Repeat the treatment twice a week if necessary.
Avoid contact with the eyes or the mouth of the animal. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water.
Do not use in kittens under 2 months old.
Tetramethrin may have a toxic effect on aquatic organisms. Do not allow dogs to bathe in watercourses in the days following the application of the product.
Special precautions to be taken by the person administering the shampoo
- Wash hands after use.
- Do not smoke, drink or eat during application.
- Avoid contact with eyes. In case of accidental eye exposure, rinse thoroughly with water. If irritation persists, seek medical attention.
- Keep away from food and drink, including those for animals.
