Ipakitin is a dietary supplement to support the renal function at the dog and chat. In case of chronic renal failure.
Chitosan is a natural polysaccharide produced by deacetylation of chitin from crab and shrimp shells. Chitosan cannot be hydrolyzed by digestive enzymes and has the property of absorbing certain acid metabolites such as uremic toxins in the digestive tract.
Calcium carbonate is also a chelator of dietary phosphorus.
