Before starting this treatment we advise you to administer the CAPSTAR 11.4 mg for kill the chips present on your pet in less than 1 hour.
Fiprotec Combo 50 mg / 60 mg anti chips, anti ticks, is a solution for spot-on cats and ferrets.
FOR CATS
To be used against infestations by fleas alone or mixed infestations by fleas and ticks and / or grinding lice:
- elimination of studs (Ctenocephalides spp.). Theinsecticidal efficacy against new infestations by adult fleas persists during 4 weeks. Prevention multiplication of fleas by inhibition of egg development (ovicidal activity) from eggs laid by adult fleas during 6 weeks after application,
- elimination of ticks (Ixodes ricinus, Dermacentor variabilis, Rhipicephalus sanguineus). The product has a acaricide efficacy against ticks that persists according to experimental data up to 2 weeks.
- elimination of grinding lice (Felicola subrostratus). The drug can be incorporated into a treatment program for Allergy Dermatitis to Flea Bites (DAPP), when it has been previously diagnosed by the veterinarian.
FOR FURETS
To be used against infestations by fleas alone or mixed infestations by fleas and ticks:

Composition
A PIPETTE OF 0,50 ML CONTAINS
Active ingredients: Fipronil 50 mg, (S) -Methoprene 60 mg,
Excipients: Butylhydroxyanisole (E320) 0,1 mg, Butylhydroxytoluene (E321) 0,05 mg.
Clear yellow solution.
How to use
External use only, spot-on. A pipette of 0,5 ml per cat, corresponding to the minimum recommended dose of 5 mg of Fipronil per kg of body weight and 6 mg of (S) -Methoprene per kg of body weight, for topical application to the skin.
A pipette of 0,5 ml per ferret, corresponding to the minimum recommended dose of 50 mg of Fipronil per kg of body weight and 60 mg of (S) -Methoprene per ferret, for topical application to the skin.
The minimum treatment interval is 4 weeks.
ADMINISTRATION MODE
- Remove the pipette from its packaging. Hold the pipette in a vertical position, unscrew and remove the cap,
- Turn the cap over and place it upside down on the pipette. Press and rotate the pipette cap,
- Part the hair on the back of your cat, at the base of the neck, between the shoulder blades in order to make the skin visible. Apply the pipette tip directly to the skin and squeeze the pipette several times to empty its contents directly onto the skin at one point.
Precautions for use
CONTRAINDICATIONS
In the absence of available data, do not treat kittens less than 8 weeks old and / or weighing less than 1 kg.
Do not use the product in ferrets aged less than 6 months.
Do not use in sick animals (eg systemic diseases, fever) or convalescent animals.
Do not use in rabbits because of the risk of adverse reactions or even death.
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the active substances or to any of the excipients.
