Thanks to its broad spectrum it allows fight against cestodes (towards rounds) and the nematodes (flatworms) of the cat.

The tablets Milprazin cat are from small sizes and are beef flavored for easy application.

Milprazin cat is indicated for the treatment of mixed infestations by the immature and adult stages of the following cestodes and nematodes:

- tapeworms (flatworms): Dipylidium caninum, Taenia spp., Echinococcus multilocularis

- Nematodes (roundworms): Ancylostoma tubaeforme, Toxocara catiPrevention of cardiac dirofilariosis (Dirofilaria immitis) if concomitant treatment with cestodes is necessary.

How to use

ORAL WAY

Tablet to take during or after the meal.

The minimum recommended dose is 2 mg milbemycin oxime and 5 mg praziquantel per kg body weight, in a single dose.

The dose to be administered to the cat according to his body weight is as follows:

2-4 kg	1 / 2 tablet
> 4-8 kg	1 tablet
> 8-12 kg	1 / 2 tablet

Precautions for use

This medicine can be used in breeding cats including those in gestation or lactation. In accordance with good veterinary practice, animals should be weighed prior to administration to ensure an appropriate dosage. Echinococcosis poses a potential risk to humans. In the event of echinococcosis, specific protocols in terms of treatment, monitoring and personal safety must be followed. Consult an expert or a parasitology center.

No trials have been performed on severely debilitated cats or having significant renal or hepatic impairment. In this type of case, the use of the specialty is not recommended or only after evaluation of the benefit / risk ratio by a veterinarian.

Wash hands after use.

It is recommended to treat all animals living in the same household concomitantly.
